Thereby assisting your organization in complying with laws set forth by the Illinois Department of Labor regarding organizations responsibilities while employing persons that are victims of Domestic Violence.

Job sites are such easy targets for batterers, the abuse literally follows women into the workplace, creating an inescapable dilemma for victims and making their offices no safer than their homes (Robertson, 1998). D’VA provides strategies that aid management in safety planning of office for employees that are victims of domestic violence.
D'VA will work to provide colloboration with local domestic violence agencies that will provide full services to employees.

D'VA offers training on site at your work location.
Seminars
Interactive lecture includes providing information on what constitutes domestic violence. Subject matter will consist of training materials that help to identify abusive traits in a partner, legal remedies for domestic violence, advocacy for education of victims’ rights. The information presented in the seminar will allow participants identify local, state, county, federal and social services within service community area.
